Shipping Policy

Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing a safe and reliable delivery service.  We aim to dispatch all orders (excluding custom or personalised) within 2 - 3 working days.  All items will be shipped by Royal Mail.

During busy periods such as Christmas it may take us longer to dispatch your items.  Please keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates.

Exclusions

Personalised products may take longer to be dispatched.  Please see shipping information within each item's product description for details.

Potential Delays and COVID-19

There may be delays that are outwith our control and we ask if you can please be patient if your order does not arrive on the date expected.  If after 14 days you have still not received your order please contact us at alison@sewlovelybyali.com.

Missed Deliveries

If there is no one at home when delivery is attempted, a card should be left explaining why the delivery couldn't be made and showing you how to arrange re-delivery or to collect your delivery.

Should you fail to collect your order or rearrange delivery and your order is returned to us we will email you with the following options:

  1. We can process a full refund excluding the original postage and packaging costs.
  2. We can arrange to send out a replacement however you will be liable to pay any additional postage costs.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available on all orders placed within the G76 and G77 postal codes.

Terms and Conditions

Delivery timescales are only an estimation.  Should we experience any delays dispatching your items we will notify you as soon as possible.

Royal Mail may experience delays that are out with our control.  Should that happen we will keep you updated.  We cannot be held liable for any financial loss as a result of late deliveries.
